Colleen and Philo’s love story weaves a tapestry depicting the transformative power of art. From their beginning, as poets to their current visual endeavors, their work illustrates the profound impact of creativity on their lives.

Colleen’s dynamic engagement in the art world encompasses directing a non-profit gallery, creating the “Portrait Project,” and publishing insightful books. Her artistic contributions at esteemed venues like the Milwaukee Repertory Theater, Timothy Cobb Fine Arts, and the Gallery of Wisconsin Art underscore her dedication to fostering creative expression.

 

Philo’s photographic passion culminated in two self-published books and exhibitions across the US and Colombia. As they stumble through learning Spanish, they transcend linguistic and cultural boundaries through their creative endeavors. Colleen and Philo have joined forces to create Kassner Kreative featuring their work and pictural records of their travels together.
